Our Acca Tips are mostly on the win-daw-win markets and largely based on statistical analysis of recent performances.

Sevilla (1.00pm)

Sevilla have been a good team to follow of late, just two defeats in three months (to Altetico and Real Madrid) and usually at decent odds. Today they travel to Eibar as they try to keep pace with their more illustrious rivals.

Eibar have won just one of their last nine in La Liga and have the worst home record in the division, winning just one of ten at the Ipurua Municipal Stadium.

Sevilla scored an incredible team goal on their way to a 3-0 home win against Valencia and Julen Lopetegui has his side playing some great football.

Swansea (3.00pm)

Swansea could be worth a poke at 7/5 (William Hill) away to in-form Rotherham. The Millers beat Boro 3-0 in midweek but Boro are heading the wrong direction at the moment and the Swans are a different proposition.

Torquay (3.00pm)

It’s top v bottom in the National League and this should be a comfortable three points for Torquay against struggling Barnet.

The home side haven’t won since mid-October and have mustered just 13 goals in their 16 league matches to date. By contrast, the Seagulls have the best away record in the league.

Torquay have endured two 0-0s in their last two outings so it could be a good time to get on board.

Juventus (5.00pm)

Every game is must-win for Juventus in Serie A at the moment as they aim to close the gap on both Milan sides who occupy 1st and 2nd place in Serie A. Aside from a 2-0 defeat away to Inter their results have been excellent this year, winning six of seven, even if performances havent been sparkling.

Hosts Sampdoria are sitting comfortably in mid-table but I’m banking on Juve to get the win they need in Genoa.

Man Utd (5.30pm)

Prior to Man Utd’s surprise defeat to Sheffield United in midweek the Gunners were the last team to beat Ole Gunnar Soskjaer’s men but since then they’ve both went in opposite directions.

United went on a brilliant run that took them to the summit of the Premier League while Mikel Arteta found himself under increasing pressure until recently when a run of five wins in six lifted the gloom around the Emirates.

Victories over Newcastle, Brighton, West Ham and even Southampton at home should be routine for a club the size of Arsenal and even their defeat of Chelsea on Boxing Day can now be viewed through in the context of the poor form the Blues have been in that led to Frank Lampard being given the chop this week. In short, the Gunners recent form may not be as impressive as it looks on paper.
